REMOTE VIEW

Most of our clients are based outside of Wales - so we have addressed this challenge by allowing our customers to view their work-in-progress from our offices in London, or even from the comfort of their own PC - wherever it may be.

Our synchronised software enables the clients to ´dial-in´ to our workstations in Wales, while we are working on their project. This allows clients to view their work, scroll through it, zoom in, or look at different versions, all under their own mouse control as if the work existed on their desktop. These actions are viewed live at both ends of the link allowing the operator to interact with the same session.

This means the two parties can hold a perfectly normal work-in-progress meeting, as if they were sitting in the same room, looking at the same display. Furthermore, their discussion is live and face-to-face, thanks to the embedded video-conferencing link.

For VFX this becomes invaluable and gives great comfort to our customers, but even for reviewing a grade, our accurately calibrated Grade One monitor can be installed with the client for the duration of the project, to provide a very accurate representation to those that cannot actually be present at the grade itself. This service is free of charge to our customers.
